Richard F. Fansler Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

Pending in the above-docketed matter is a Proposed Stipulated Decision filed by the parties on June 16, 2021, resolving this litigation. Subsequently, on June 22, 2021, respondent filed a report providing a copy of the notice of deficiency for 2017 underlying the proceeding. However, review shows that the notice was issued to "RICHARD R. FANSLER DECD", and respondent has offered no explanation for the "DECD", which appears inconsistent with the scenario reflected in the record herein.

Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 15, 2021, respondent shall file a supplement to the just-referenced report clarifying the apparent discrepancy.
