ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On July 1, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Enforce Subpoena, moving for an order "compelling Heritage Property & Casualty Company to produce documents responsive to the Subpoena" served on that company on April 30, 2024". Respondent indicates that petitioners do not object to the granting of the motion. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 26, 2024, Heritage Property & Casualty Company shall file a response to respondent's Motion to Enforce Subpoena. It is further

ORDERED that in addition to regular service of this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Heritage Property & Casualty Company at the address listed in respondent's Motion to Enforce Subpoena.
