ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing, filed April 16, 2024, and the recitals therein, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is granted in that this case is scheduled for hearing at the Court's June 26, 2024, Washington, D.C., special session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), at which any third-party subpoenas may be returnable. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than June 24, 2024, respondent shall file a status report advising the Court whether a hearing is still necessary. Special Trial Judge Zachary S. Fried will preside at the above-referenced hearing as previously assigned by the Chief Judge.
