ORDERED that the Order to Show Cause, served December 19, 2023, is discharged. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss, filed November 16, 2023, it denied.

The parties are advised this case will be rescheduled for trial on a yet-to-be determined date in May 2024.
