This case is currently calendared on the Court's New York, New York, trial session, scheduled to begin April 25, 2022.

On March 22, 2022, petitioner Fang Zhao filed a pretrial memorandum. The next day, he filed another pretrial memorandum, which appears to be duplicative with the exception that it is unsigned. The Court will strike the unsigned pretrial memorandum. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that Mr. Zhao's pretrial memorandum, filed March 23, 2022, is hereby stricken from the Court's record.
