On June 22, 2023, the Court received a document from petitioner titled "Notice for Re-Open Above Case." After review of that filing, the Court concludes that petitioner is requesting reconsideration of the Court's Order of Dismissal and Decision, served April 19, 2023. Accordingly, the Court will recharacterize petitioner's filing appropriately.
