Upon due consideration of the parties' joint Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed January 4, 2024, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Motion is recharacterized as a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Notice of Intention to Disclose. It is further

ORDERED that the just-referenced Motion is granted, and so much of this case relating to a notice of intention to disclose is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. All references in the Petition relating to such a notice (and/or requests for relief under I.R.C. section 6110) are hereby deemed stricken.
