Three appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 16, 2020, and the appeal taken by Lewis Foods, doing business as McDonald's Corporation, having been perfected, And defendant-appellant-respondent Affinita Security Group, Inc., and non-party appellant-respondent Gregory Kearse having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect their appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted and the time in which to perfect the appeal taken by defendant-appellant-respondent Affinita Security Group, Inc., and nonparty appellant-respondent Gregory Kearse is extended to the March 2022 Term of this Court; the perfected appeal is, sua sponte, adjourned to said March 2022 Term.
