Summary process action, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London, geographical area number twenty-one, and tried to the court, Zoarski, J.; judgment awarding possession to the plaintiff, from which the defendants appealed to the Appellate Court, Dupont, C.J., Borden and O'Connell, Js., which sustained the trial court's decision; thereafter, the court, Leuba, J., denied the defendants' petition for a writ of audita querela, and the defendants appealed to this court.
