ORDER

Emin Toro Judge.

These cases were assigned to the undersigned judge for trial or other disposition on January 31, 2020. They were held in abeyance pending a final decision of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in Coffey v. Commissioner, 987 F.3d 808 (8th Cir. 2021), rev'g and remanding 150 T.C. 60 (2018). That case is now final, certiorari having been denied on January 10, 2022.

On February 4, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of the cases. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before April 5, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the cases or stipulated decision documents.
