On August 17, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision. Upon review of the proposed Stipulated Decision, the Court notes that petitioner Matthew Falkowski's signature was made using a cursive computer font. While the Court permits the filing of documents signed with imaged or digitized signatures, the use of cursive fonts in not acceptable.
