Opinion

ALLAN FALK, Plaintiff, v. ATTORNEY GRIEVANCE COMMISSION, Defendant.

Order

149308 & (5)(10) Robert P. Young, Jr., Chief Justice Michael F. Cavanagh Stephen J. Markman Mary Beth Kelly Brian K. Zahra Bridget M. McCormack David F. Viviano, Justices AGC: 0064-13

0323-13

On order of the Court, the motion for entry of default judgment is DENIED. The motion to amend the complaint for superintending control is DENIED without prejudice to the plaintiff seeking relief in a separate complaint for superintending control regarding AGC File No. 0259-13. With respect to the request for investigation that is referred to in paragraph 47D of the proposed amended complaint for superintending control, the defendant is DIRECTED to follow the procedures set forth in MCR 9.131. The complaint for superintending control is considered, and relief is DENIED, because the Court is not persuaded that it should grant the requested relief.

I, Larry S. Royster, Clerk of the Michigan Supreme Court, certify that the foregoing is a true and complete copy of the order entered at the direction of the Court.
