ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On December 17, 2021, respondent filed a Stipulation Petitioner's Income Tax Liability for the Taxable Year 2018. Also on December 17, 2021, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation, that appears to be the same as the document respondent filed as a Stipulation Petitioner's Income Tax Liability for the Taxable Year 2018.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Stipulation Petitioner's Income Tax Liability for the Taxable Year 2018, filed December 17, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
