The above cases are hereby consolidated, on the Court's own motion, for the purpose of oral argument.

The Court previously accepted jurisdiction of these cases and heard oral argument in Falcon v. State, No. SC13-865, on the issue of the retroactivity of Miller v. Alabama, 132 S. Ct. 2455 (2012). The Court will now hear oral argument in the above-referenced cases at 9:00 a.m., Thursday, November 6, 2014, to consider issues related to the appropriate remedy for cases implicating Miller. Unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties, counsel for Horsley will be allowed 15 minutes for the argument, counsel for Falcon will be allowed 15 minutes, and the State will be allowed 30 minutes. However, counsel is expected to use only so much of that time as is necessary.
