In an action to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by the infant plaintiff in an amusement device known "Tunnel of Fun", and by his mother for medical expenses and loss of services, judgment, entered on the dismissal of the complaint at the close of plaintiffs' case, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
