This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 13, 2023, in Detroit, Michigan.
On August 16, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance of Trial. Respondent is requesting that this case be stricken for trial, and either be returned to the general docket or have this Division of the Court retain jurisdiction.
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before September 25, 2023, petitioner shall file with the Court a response to respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial, filed on August 16, 2023.
