Per Curiam. This appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Sprint v. Fla. Parole Comm'n , 933 So. 2d 1218 (Fla. 1st DCA 2006). In light of this opinion dismissing the appeal, all pending motions are denied as moot.
