Ronardo FAIRLY, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the 187th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2013CR3148
Honorable Joey Contreras, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On July 27, 2018, because the trial court certification was defective, we ordered the trial court to file an amended certification. The trial court complied; the amended certificate states that Appellant's criminal case "is an adjudication of guilt following a deferred adjudication, and the defendant has a limited right of appeal."

Our July 27, 2018 order is satisfied. We reinstate the appellate timetable.

Appellant's brief is due THIRTY DAYS from the date of this order. See TEX. R. APP. P. 35.2(b).

Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 29th day of August, 2018.
