On August 15, 2024, this Court abated and referred this appeal to mediation. On November 21, 2024, Appellant Fairfield RV & Car Care, Inc., d/b/a Texas RV & Car Care filed an Unopposed Motion for Reinstatement, stating that despite attending mediation before Terry Womac on October 9, 2024, the parties were "unable to settle the matter," and "request[ing] that the case be reinstated . . . and that Appellant be allowed an additional fifteen (15) days from the date of such reinstatement to file its Reply Brief."
The motion is granted. We hereby lift the abatement and reinstate this case on the Court's active docket.
Appellant's reply brief is due fifteen days from the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(c).
