Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Hon. Irving Levine, state trial referee, granted the plaintiff's motion for judgment of strict foreclosure and rendered judgment thereon; thereafter, the court, Fuller, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for a deficiency judgment, and the named defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.

Ridgely W. Brown filed a brief for the appellant (named defendant).

Thomas B. Pursell filed a brief for the appellee (plaintiff).
