This case is calendared for trial at the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida remote trial session. On August 20, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance. Pursuant to this Court's Order, petitioners filed a Response in Opposition to respondent's Motion for Continuance. The Court held a conference call with the parties on September 21, 2021, to discuss respondent's motion, petitioners' opposition to the motion, and an estimated length of trial for this matter.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is denied. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial during the Court's December 13, 2021, Denver, Colorado trial session to be conducted remotely (via Zoomgov) at a Date and Time Certain, commencing at 9:00am (Eastern Time) on Thursday, December 16, 2021.

The parties are directed to the Court's standing pretrial order for all applicable deadlines and log in information to Zoomgov for the upcoming remote trial session. Since this case has been set for remote trial for a Date and Time Certain on December 16, 2021, the parties are excused from appearing at the Court's calendar call session scheduled for December 13, 2021, at 10:00am (Eastern Time) in Jacksonville, Florida.
