ORDER

The Court's Order, served June 7, 2021, on petitioner, having been returned to the Court by the U.S. Postal Service, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's address is changed to Rt 1 Box 166-A, 8415 Whites Road, Weir MS 39272. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioner a copy of the Court's Order, served June 7, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall show cause, in writing, why the Court should not dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction on the ground that no notices of deficiency or notices of determination concerning collection action have been issued to petitioner that would permit petitioner to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court is extended to October 21, 2021. Petitioner shall attach to his response to this Order, copies of all documents upon which he relies to establish the Court's jurisdiction in this case.
