WRIT DENIED. Once a signed judgment with appropriate decretal language is issued by the district court, review of the grant of defendant/respondent Johnson Control, Inc.'s Motion for Summary Judgment would be through an appeal rather than supervisory writs. See La. Code Civ. P. art. 1915(A)(1) & (A)(3); Hayward v. Hayward, 2012-0720 (La. App. 1st Cir. 3/18/13), 182 So.3d 966, 970.
