This case was called from the calendar for the Trial Session of the Court at New York, NY on October 11, 2022. Petitioner appeared and was heard. Counsel for the respondent appeared and was heard. This case was recalled on October 11, 2022 and petitioner retained counsel. Counsel for petitioner made an oral motion for continuance. Respondent's counsel did not object to petitioner's motion. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that the petitioner's oral motion to continue is granted and this case is calendared for trial at the trial session of the Court scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m., on February 6, 2023, in Jacob K. Javits Federal Bldg., Room 206, 2nd Floor, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, New York 10278. It is further
