Johanna FADDIS, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. THE CITY OF HOMESTEAD, et al., Appellee(s)/Respondent(s).

As properly conceded by appellant, appellees' motion to dismiss appeal is granted because the appeal is from a non-final, non-appealable order.

This appeal is dismissed without prejudice to appellant's right to appeal a subsequent final, appealable order.

LAGOA and FERNANDEZ, JJ., and SCHWARTZ, Senior Judge, concur.
