DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person.

Motion to file pursuant to appendix method "with exhibits," to enlarge the record, to file one original and two copies of a brief with proof of additional copy served upon defendant and for further relief.

Motion to file a handwritten brief along with two copies of a brief and to file a single copy of a "certified record" and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the record, to file one original and two copies of a brief with proof of additional copy served upon defendant, to file a handwritten brief, to file two copies of a brief, to file a single copy of a "certified record" "with exhibits" and for further relief is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to file pursuant to appendix method is denied, without costs, as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 800.4 [b]).
