DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to dismiss Mental Hygiene Legal Service as counsel, to proceed pro se, to withdraw the brief by Mental Hygiene Legal Service and for an extension of time to perfect appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss Mental Hygiene Legal Service as counsel is granted, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to proceed pro se is granted, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to withdraw the brief filed by Mental Hygiene Legal Service is granted, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to January 25, 2016.
