DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and Mental Hygiene Legal Service is assigned to represent appellant upon this appeal. The Clerk of Supreme Court, Greene County, is directed to furnish appellant's counsel with one copy of the transcripts of the stenographic minutes of all proceedings in the matter pursuant to section 800.4 (c) of this Court's Rules of Practice.
