Motion to dismiss Mental Hygiene Legal Service as counsel, assign new counsel and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to October 26, 2015, and the motion is, in all other respects, denied.
