ORDER

The Court held a Special Trial Session in San Francisco, California for the above-captioned case, between March 28-31, 2022. On September 13, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Correct Transcript and Review Recordings. And on September 15, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Correct Caption. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion to Correct Transcript and Review Recordings, filed September 13, 2022, is granted, and the list of corrections as set forth in the errata sheets, which are attached to the motion as Exhibit B (B-1 through B-5), shall be made. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion to Correct Transcript, filed September 15, 2022, is granted, and the list of corrections as set forth in the errata sheets, which are attached to the motion as Exhibit B (B-1 through B-5), shall be made. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of the parties' joint motions, filed September 13 and 15, 2022, and a copy of this Order on the Court's reporter, eScribers, LLC, 7227 North 16th Street, Suite 207, Phoenix, Arizona, 85020. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 23, 2022, eScribers, LLC shall provide counsel for each of the parties with a copy of the audio recordings of trial proceedings for:

·Francine Lafontaine (Tr. Vol. 64)

·Ilya Strebulaev (Tr. Vol. 57)

It is further

ORDERED that the parties will review the provided audio recordings of trial proceedings for the limited purpose of resolving the disputed errata as identified by the parties in Exhibit C (C-1 and C-2) to the motion, filed September 13, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 30, 2022, the parties file a Joint Supplemental Joint Motion to Correct Transcripts, to which a list of newly uncontested corrections based upon a review of the relevant audio recording shall be attached. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 7, 2022, eScribers, LLC shall make the revisions set forth in the parties' joint motions and, on or before October 14, 2022, make any revisions set forth in any Supplemental Joint Motion to Correct Transcripts filed by the parties, and by that same date shall provide corrected transcripts to the Court and each of the parties.
