ORDER

The Court held trial sessions between February 2020 and August 2022. On November 2, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Correct Transcript. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion to Correct Transcript, filed November 2, 2022, is granted, and the list of corrections to volume and page numbering as set forth in Exhibit B shall be made. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of the parties' Joint Motion to Correct Transcript, filed November 2, 2022, and a copy of this Order on the Court's official reporter, eScribers, LLC, 7227 North 16th Street, Suite 207, Phoenix, Arizona, 85020. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 16, 2022, eScribers, LLC shall make the revisions set forth in Exhibits B, and by November 16, 2022, shall provide corrected transcripts to the Court and each of the parties.
