The petition for review is granted. This matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Two, with directions to vacate its March 15, 2016, order denying mandate, and to issue an alternative writ ordering the superior court to either rule on defendant's Proposition 47 resentencing petitions or show good cause why it should not. (See Attorney General's concession in her answer filed with this court on April 21, 2016, page 3.)
