PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for permission to file an amended brief (denominated "motion to accept brief that was served on defendants") on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on April 27, 2017, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Christopher Ezeh sworn to March 5, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to file amended briefs is granted to the extent that appellant files and serves the amended briefs in accordance with this Court's rules on or before April 16, 2018, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
