NNABUGWU C. EZE, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge

This case was tried on March 29 during the Court's March 28, 2022, Los Angeles, California, trial session. The parties and witnesses appeared remotely via Zoomgov.

On March 28, 2022, the Court received a paper-filed Motion for Continuance from petitioner. By Order served March 25, 2022, we advised petitioner--as we had advised him previously--that the case would not be continued and that he was required to appear for trial, which he did. We will therefore deny petitioner's Motion as moot.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance, filed March 28, 2022, is denied as moot.
