EZ Lube, LLC, EZL-1 Investments, Inc., A Partner Other Than the Tax Matters Partner Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case was originally on the Court's November 17, 2014 trial calendar for Los Angeles. The parties managed to agree on settlement terms, but will need to file a Rule 248 motion to close it out -- but then the revenue agent who was working on it had unexpected medical problems, and finding someone with authority to approve the closing agreement that will wrap this case up has caused more delay. More in hope than in expectation, it is again

ORDERED that on or before October 27, 2021, the parties shall file a motion under Rule 248.
