On June 8, 2021, respondent filed electronically in the above-docketed matter two documents comprising the Answer. The first was initially mis-designated for electronic filing purposes.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the document filed June 8, 2021, at Docket Entry #7, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. The case would also appear to raise jurisdictional concerns that were not addressed by the Answer, and the Court would expect respondent to file an appropriate motion, if relevant.
