The Exeter Law Group LLP, Plaintiff-Counterclaim Defendant-Appellant, -and- Mitchell Wong, Zhejun "Susan" Tan, and Law Office of Z. Tan PLLC, Counterclaim Defendants-Respondents, v. Immortalana Inc., Robin Farias-Eisner, Salvaregen, Inc., and Kelly Day, Defendants-Counterclaim Plaintiffs-Appellants.


Appeals having been taken from orders of the Supreme respect to a portion of a certain document request, And, an order of this Court having been entered on December 6, 2016 (M-4868), denying a stay of enforcement of the order entered on July 1, 2015; and denying disclosure of certain documents; and vacating that part of the aforesaid interim order of a Justice of this Court, dated September 26, 2016, which granted a stay of certain document requests, And, defendants-appellants, Immortalana Inc., et al., having moved for reargument of the prior order of this Court entered on December 6, 2016 (M-4868), and upon reargument, for a stay and to restore the appeal from the order entered on or about July 1, 2015 to the appellate calendar, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion, to the extent it seeks reargument, is granted and, upon reargument, the stay is denied.
