These cases are calendared for trial at a special session of the Court beginning at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, June 27, 2022, in Atlanta, Georgia. On February 18, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance in docket No. 20608-18. On February 28, 2022, the undersigned held a conference call with the parties during which the parties agreed to reschedule the trial of these consolidated cases for December 5, 2022. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance, filed February 18, 2022, is granted, and the Court's June 27, 2022, Atlanta, Georgia, special trial session is canceled. It is further

ORDERED that these cases are calendared for trial at a special session of the Court beginning at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, December 5, 2022, in Room 1136, Russell Federal Building and Courthouse, 75 Ted Turner Drive, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia, 30303. The undersigned will be presiding. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's November 2, 2021, Pre-Trial Scheduling Order is vacated. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before March 25, 2022, a joint status report (or an appropriate motion) proposing a new pre-trial schedule.

This order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
