On August 18, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion to Take Deposition Pursuant to Rule 74(c)(3). Petitioners seek to depose Karin Gross, attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, or alternatively a different IRS employee who is able to testify about Ms. Gross' previous public statements.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent shall file with the Court and serve on petitioners' counsel, on or before September 19, 2022, a response to petitioners' Motion.
