These consolidated cases are calendared for trial at the Court's special session in Atlanta, Georgia, beginning December 5, 2022. The trial will be conducted in person in Room 1136, Russell Federal Building and Courthouse, 75 Ted Turner Drive, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia, 30303. On June 7, 2022, the parties filed a joint Motion for Leave to Use Electronic Equipment at the trial. In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the parties' joint Motion for Leave to Use Electronic Equipment, filed June 7, 2022, is granted. Closer to the trial date, the Court will communicate with the parties about accessing the courtroom during the week preceding the trial for the purpose of setting up and testing the equipment.
