Trial Court No. 2015-CI-14781
Honorable Gloria Saldana, Judge Presiding
ORDER
Appellee has filed a motion to seal the clerk's record in this appeal and a motion to strike portions of the clerk's record because it contains sensitive data and the appellee's criminal history information. Appellant has filed responses opposing both motions, but agreeing to the use of appellee's initials in the parties' briefing. As a matter of policy, this Court does not post the clerk's record to its public website.
The appellee's motion to seal the clerk's record and motion to strike portions of the clerk's record are DENIED. However, it is ORDERED that the clerk's record be made available only to the parties. It is ORDERED that the parties' briefs and any motions filed in this Court shall use the appellee's initials in lieu of appellee's name or any alias. The appellant's brief is due within thirty (30) days from the date of this order.
