ON APPLICATION FOR A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS CAUSE NO. W-1741375A IN THE 292ND DISTRICT COURT FROM DALLAS COUNTY

ORDER

Per curiam.

Applicant pleaded guilty and was convicted of aggravated assault. He was sentenced to fifteen years' imprisonment. The Fifth Court of Appeals affirmed his conviction. Walton v. State, No. 05-22-01045-CR (Tex. App.-Dallas June 27, 2023)(not designated for publication). Applicant filed this application for a writ of habeas corpus in the county of conviction, and the district clerk forwarded it to this Court. See Tex. Code Crim. Proc. art. 11.07.

Applicant's claim for pre-sentence jail time credit is dismissed. See Ex parte Florence, 319 S.W.3d 695 (Tex. Crim. App. 2010); Ex Parte Ybarra, 149 S.W.3d 147 (Tex. Crim. App. 2004).

Based on this Court's independent review of the entire record, we deny relief on all of Applicant's other claims.
