Do not publish

On Application for a writ of Habeas Corpus Cause No. 1987CR1210-W12 in the 290th District Court from Bexar County

Hervey, J., is not participating.

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Applicant was convicted of burglary with intent to commit theft and sentenced to life imprisonment. The Fourth Court of Appeals affirmed his conviction. Walker v. State, No. 04-87-00519-CR (Tex. App. - San Antonio Dec. 14, 1988). Applicant filed this application for a writ of habeas corpus in the county of conviction, and the district clerk forwarded it to this Court. See Tex. Code Crim. Proc. art. 11.07.

After a review of the record, we find that Applicant's claim that he was improperly denied release to parole is without merit. Therefore, we deny relief.

Applicant's remaining claims alleging his trial counsel was ineffective and there was an improper enhancement used in his punishment are dismissed pursuant to Tex. Code Crim. Pro. Art. 11.07 §4.
