Do not publish

ON APPLICATION FOR A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS CAUSE NO. 1788374-A IN THE 176TH DISTRICT COURT FROM HARRIS COUNTY

ORDER

Per curiam.

Applicant pleaded guilty and was convicted of the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and sentenced to two years' imprisonment. He did not appeal his conviction. Applicant filed this application for a writ of habeas corpus in the county of conviction, and the district clerk forwarded it to this Court. See Tex. Code Crim. Proc. art. 11.07.

Applicant's claim for pre-sentence jail time credit, which was raised in his initial application, is dismissed. See Ex parte Florence, 319 S.W.3d 695 (Tex. Crim. App. 2010); Ex Parte Ybarra, 149 S.W.3d 147 (Tex. Crim. App. 2004).

Based on this Court's independent review of the record, we deny relief on all of Applicant's other claims, which were raised in his supplemental application.
