On Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus from Tarrant County.

OPINION

This is an application for a writ of habeas corpus transmitted to this Court pursuant to Article 11.07, § 3, et seq., V.A.C.C.P. In this application, Applicant contended that he was entitled to time credits for various time periods. We remanded to the trial court with instructions to determine if Applicant was entitled to additional time credits for time between 1995 and 2000 during which he was incarcerated in the Intermediate Sanctions Facility in Pampa, Texas, and for a period of time in 2000 during which he was incarcerated in Hall County, Georgia. The trial court has found that Applicant is entitled to credit for the period April 17, 1997 through May 28, 1997 during which time period Applicant was incarcerated in the Intermediate Sanctions Facility in Pampa. We agree that Applicant is entitled to credits for this time period. Accordingly, the appropriate officials of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice are directed to ensure that Applicant's record reflects credit for the period of time set forth above, to-wit: April 17, 1997, through May 28, 1997. All other relief sought is denied.
