The appellate record was originally due October 21, 2022. On November 4, 2022, the court reporter filed a notification of late record, requesting a thirty-day extension to file the reporter's record. On November 7, 2022, the district clerk filed a notification of late record, requesting a thirty-nine-day extension to file the clerk's record. After consideration, we GRANT IN PART the requests and ORDER the court reporter and district clerk to file the appellate record by November 18, 2022. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.3(c) (providing that any extension to file the appellate record in an ordinary or restricted appeal must not exceed thirty days).
