ORDER
By order entered on May 19, 2020, the Court ordered the clerk's record and reporter's record, if any, to be filed by June 9, 2020. To date, neither has been filed.
We ORDER the Dallas County District Clerk to file the clerk's record in this appeal by July 29, 2020. We ORDER that the clerk's record contain copies of the indictment, the plea agreement, any written admonishments, the judgment, the application for writ of habeas corpus, any response to the writ application filed by the State, any other documents related to the writ application, the certification of appellant's right to appeal, the notice of appeal from the trial court's ruling on the writ application, if available, and any other documents filed with the clerk that the parties request.
We ORDER official court reporter Kimberly Xavier to file, by July 29, 2020, either the reporter's record of the hearing on the writ application or a letter verifying that no reported hearing on the writ application was held.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to transmit copies of this order, by electronic transmission, to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; to Kimberly Xavier, official court reporter, Criminal District Court No. 3; and to counsel for the parties.
