EX PARTE LEO WILLIAM THOMPSON, Applicant

ON APPLICATIONS FOR WRITS OF HABEAS CORPUS CAUSE NO. F50692-A IN THE 413TH DISTRICT COURT FROM JOHNSON COUNTY Per curiam. ORDER

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 11.07 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, the clerk of the trial court transmitted to this Court these applications for writs of habeas corpus. Ex parte Young, 418 S.W.2d 824, 826 (Tex. Crim. App. 1967). Applicant was convicted of one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of theft. Applicant was sentenced to three years' imprisonment for the possession charge and ten years' probated for the theft charge.

Applicant's claims regarding count two are dismissed because the sentence is not final for article 11.07 purposes. Based on the trial court's findings of fact as well as this Court's independent review of the entire record, we deny relief on all of Applicant's claims regarding count one. Filed: June 6, 2018
