Applicant has filed an application for writ of mandamus and/or habeas corpus pursuant to this Court's authority to issue extraordinary writs. TEX. CONST. art. V, § 5(c). He challenges the order finding him in contempt of court. Applicant shall provide a reporter's record from that hearing or state that no such record exists or is available. In either case, Applicant's response shall be submitted within 30 days of the date of this order. These applications for leave to file a writ of mandamus and a writ of habeas corpus will be held in abeyance for 30 days.
