This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2013CR10000, styled The State of Texas v. Anthony L. Smith, pending in the 186th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Jefferson Moore presiding. --------

ORDER

On February 16, 2016, relator filed two pro se petitions for writ of habeas corpus. The court has determined that it lacks jurisdiction to consider relator's petitions. Accordingly, relator's petitions are DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). Relator's motion for leave to file the petitions is DENIED AS MOOT. The court's opinion will issue at a later date.

It is so ORDERED on February 18, 2016.
